Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they have shipped. If you cancel after payment has been processed, a 3% payment processing fee will be retained. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.

Custom Orders
Custom-built or personalized orders may not be eligible for a full refund and may incur a restocking fee.
