Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns of new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If the return is due to our error (incorrect item shipped, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Condition of Returned Items

All original packaging and materials must be included

Items showing signs of use, installation, wear, or damage are not eligible for return
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
Payment Processing Fee:
Our payment processor does not refund processing fees. Therefore, returns that are not due to our error will have a 3% payment processing fee deducted from the refund.
Restocking Fee (Custom Orders):
Custom-built or special-order items may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
